Are these almonds very sweet?

Yes — they’re meant to be sweet, crunchy treats, similar to fair-style candied nuts.

Can I double the recipe?

Yes, but avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and stir more often.

How to Store

Store the candied almonds in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

How to Freeze

Freezing is not recommended, as moisture will affect the crunchy sugar coating.
