Crumbl Cookies is teaming up with pop sensation Benson Boone for a limited-edition treat that’s as whimsical as his lyrics. The new Moonbeam Ice Cream Cookie, available June 23–28, 2025, is inspired by a quirky line from Boone’s hit single Mystical Magical: “Moonbeam ice cream, taking off your blue jeans.” The lyric may not make much sense, but the cookie? It’s pure magic.
What’s in the Cookie
The Moonbeam Ice Cream Cookie starts with a chilled chocolate base and is loaded with cookies and cream pieces. It’s topped with a psychedelic swirl of lemon, berry, and marshmallow-flavored frosting, finished with a drizzle of white icing and a sprinkle of cookies and cream crumble. Crumbl describes it as a dessert that captures the “mood and magic” of Boone’s music—playful, dreamy, and just a little bit unexpected.
Boone’s Hands-On Approach
According to Crumbl’s co-founder and Chief Brand Officer Sawyer Hemsley, Boone was deeply involved in the creative process. “We took the way his song makes you feel and turned it into something you can taste,” Hemsley said, praising Boone’s “creativity, passion, and musical energy”. The collaboration coincides with the release of Boone’s sophomore album American Heart, which dropped just days before the cookie’s debut.
This isn’t Crumbl’s first celebrity collab, but it might be its most colorful. Boone’s fans—already known for their devotion—have taken to social media to celebrate the launch, sharing videos of the cookie and even recreating the “moonbeam” aesthetic at home. The cookie will be featured on Crumbl’s rotating weekly menu and is expected to sell out quickly.
