Here we bring you an easy recipe for a delicious pork chops with caramel apple, a gourmet recipe, that will delight even the finest palate of your diners, continues step by step, to prepare an easy and delicious dish.
First, we made the applesauce. In this way, when we cook the chops, we can immediately serve with the hot compote.
Wash the chops, rub with lemon drops. Add salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Peel the apples and slice, extract the heart to each slice. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes.
Heat a grill pan with olive oil and cook the chops on both sides. Remove. In the same skillet add the honey, water, grated ginger and freshly ground black pepper. Boil for 2 minutes.
Place the chops on the apples, add the sauce and finish cooking in the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes approx. Serve the chops accompanied with the applesauce.
This recipe can be prepared with chicken breasts or turkey breast. The cooking time will be longer.
