Garlic, meatballs and cheese: all in a soft bread.
If you want to impress your guests prepare this delicious bread.
Ingredients: 1 package Hawaiian rolls, 1 lb ground beef, 2 tbsp butter, melted, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup shredded parmesan, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 jar of marinara sauce.
1) In each Hawaiian roll make hole, large enough to stuff with a meatball. Mix together 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped parsley and 2 tbsp of melted butter. Spread the mixture to each roll. Bake rolls at 350°F (175°) for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
2) Prepare the meatballs: Put 1 lb of ground beef, 1/2 cup of parmesan, 1 tbsp of oregano, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper into a large bowl, mix until combined. Make 12 meatballs and cook them with 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Cover the meatballs with marinare sauce.
3) Cover the meatballs top with cheese too and bake until melted.
4) Serve hot and enjoy this meal.
