Enchilada is a traditional dish of Mexican cuisine. It consists basically of a corn tortilla wrapped and bathed in a spicy sauce, you can have different fillings and accompaniments. One of the most common are chicken enchiladas, learn to make them with a quick and easy recipe and surprise your friends with this delicious meal with spicy nuances.

  • In a deep pot, add the water and all the ingredients cut into large pieces. The size is not important because they will only be used to flavor the chicken. Then you can discard them. When the water is boiling, add the chicken breast and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Remove, you can strain the broth and reserve for another recipe.
  • When the chicken is cold, shredded the chicken, discard the bones and skin.
  • Cut the onion, tomato and garlic into very small pieces. In a pan, add two tablespoons of oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
