Chipotle launches its first new dip in five years: Adobo Ranch. Made with adobo peppers, sour cream, and herbs, the smoky, spicy dip debuts June 17, 2025, with a free offer for Rewards members.
For the first time since 2020, Chipotle is adding a brand-new dip to its menu—and it’s not just any sauce. The fast-casual chain is introducing Adobo Ranch, a smoky, spicy take on America’s favorite dressing, launching nationwide on June 17, 2025. Made fresh in-store with adobo peppers, sour cream, and a blend of herbs and spices, the dip is designed to complement everything from burritos to bowls, tacos, and quesadillas.
According to Chipotle’s Chief Brand Officer Chris Brandt, the decision to launch a ranch-based dip was driven by cultural demand. “Ranch has become a cultural phenomenon, especially among Gen Z,” Brandt said, noting that fans are using it in increasingly creative ways beyond salads. The Adobo Ranch aims to tap into that enthusiasm while staying true to Chipotle’s flavor-forward identity, offering a crave-worthy, customizable new option for diners.
To celebrate the launch, Chipotle is offering a free side of Adobo Ranch to Rewards members who are enrolled by 11 p.m. local time on June 16. The offer will be available only on June 17, and requires the purchase of a regular-priced entrée. New members will also receive a free guacamole offer upon signing up.
Like the rest of Chipotle’s menu, the Adobo Ranch is made with real ingredients and no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. The dip joins a lineup that includes guacamole, queso blanco, and four types of salsa, but it’s the first new addition since the debut of Queso Blanco five years ago.
