If you love every kind of fries you'll just need to teste these one.

1) Baked chicken fries:

Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 cups plain breadcrumbs(250 g)1 cup flour (130 g)5 eggs, beaten1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon onion powder½ teaspoon paprika½ teaspoon dried basil½ teaspoon dried oregano½ teaspoon pepperPreparationPreheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

Directions: Cut chicken breast in half and the in thin strips. Season bread crumbs with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried basil, dried oregano, and pepper. Mix well. Put chicken strips in the flour first, then cover in egg, and then bread crumbs. Bake at 375˚F (190˚C) for 20 minutes.

2) Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoeswater, for soaking2 tablespoons corn starch1 tablespoon olive oil, or vegetable oil½ teaspoon pepper½ teaspoon paprika½ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon brown sugarsalt, to tasteshredded parmesan cheese, optionalfresh parsley, optional, chopped

Directions: Boil and peel sweet potatoes and cut them in strips. Place the fries in a bowl of water and soak for one hour. (This helps remove excess starch from the potatoes so your fries will be crispier.) Rinse and dry off.In a large bowl mix the fries with cornstarch, then add the oil and toss to coat.Add the pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar and toss to evenly distribute your spices. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C).  Flip fries with tongs, then bake for an additional 10–15 minutes. Sprinkle on salt and serve!

3) Carne Asada Fries

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon chili powder½ teaspoon dried oregano2 cloves garlic, minced2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced½ cup fresh orange juice(120 mL)¼ cup fresh lime juice(60 mL)½ lb flank steak (225 g)1 tablespoon canola oil½ cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese (50 g).

Directions: Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix them olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until each fry is fully coated. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 450°F (230°C). In a medium bowl, combine the salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, garlic, cilantro, orange juice, and lime juice. Add the flank steak and marinate for 20 minutes. Cook the steak for 3 minutes on both sides for medium-cooked steak. Remove the steak and let it rest for 10 minutes. In an ovenproof skillet, place the baked french fries, Pepper Jack cheese, and diced carne asada, then broil until the cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and grated cotija cheese.

4) Curly fries

Ingredients: 2 russet potatoes3 tablespoons canola oil½ tablespoon salt½ tablespoon pepper½ tablespoon paprika½ tablespoon cumin½ tablespoon garlic powder½ tablespoon chili powderketchup, to taste

Directions: Spiralize the potatoes and spread them in one single layer on a baking sheet.Drizzle the oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 450°F (230°C).
