Krispy Kreme is transforming its shops into mini fairgrounds this season with the launch of its new Fall Fair Collection, a limited-time lineup of doughnuts inspired by classic carnival treats. Available starting September 15, the collection features four whimsical flavors that channel the sights, smells, and indulgent tastes of a crisp autumn day at the fair.
From cotton candy swirls to apple pie fillings, each doughnut is designed to evoke a sense of nostalgia—and judging by early reactions, fans are already lining up for a bite.
The Fall Fair Doughnut Lineup
Here’s what’s on the menu:
- Cotton Candy Doughnut Original Glazed doughnut dipped in blue icing, coated in cotton candy sugar, topped with strawberry swirl and cotton candy buttercream.
- Kreme Puff Doughnut Unglazed ring doughnut swirled with Krispy Kreme’s signature Kreme, dusted with powdered sugar, and finished with a Doughnut Dot.
- Blue Ribbon Apple Pie Doughnut Shell doughnut filled with apple cinnamon, dipped in caramel icing, sprinkled with cinnamon cookie crumbs, and drizzled with white icing.
- Caramel Churro Doughnut Coated in cinnamon sugar and topped with rich caramel icing.
Each flavor is available individually or by the dozen, in-store and through Krispy Kreme’s app and website for pickup or delivery.
A Taste of the Midway
According to Krispy Kreme’s Chief Brand and Product Officer Alison Holder, the goal was to create “prize-worthy doughnuts” that transport customers to the midway—no ticket required. The collection follows the brand’s recent success with themed releases like the Harry Potter–inspired Hogwarts doughnuts and seasonal Fourth of July treats.
