Starbucks is officially kicking off the holiday season on November 6, 2025, with the launch of its highly anticipated holiday menu. This year’s lineup blends returning fan favorites with a few new surprises—and one notable omission that’s already sparking conversation among loyal customers.
The seasonal menu will be available at participating U.S. locations and features festive drinks, bakery items, and limited-edition merchandise designed to capture the cozy spirit of the holidays.
What’s New in 2025
The biggest newcomer to the holiday lineup is the Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai, a dairy-free drink that combines spiced chai with gingerbread syrup and oatmilk, served over ice. It’s Starbucks’ first-ever iced gingerbread drink and caters to the growing demand for plant-based and cold seasonal options.
Also new this year are the Polar Bear Cake Pop and the Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread, which have been circulating on social media lately.
What’s Back
Several beloved drinks are making their annual return, including:
- Peppermint Mocha
- Caramel Brulée Latte
- Chestnut Praline Latte
- Iced Sugar Cookie Latte
- Eggnog Latte
On the bakery side, returning items include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

Early reactions to the menu reveal a mix of excitement and nostalgia. TikTok users posted, “Iced gingerbread chai is my new personality,” while others lament the missing items. Food & Wine notes that the menu reflects Starbucks’ continued shift toward cold holiday drinks, which now make up a significant portion of seasonal sales.
Seasonal Extras
In addition to the food and drink offerings, Starbucks is rolling out new holiday-themed tumblers, mugs, and gift cards. The designs feature classic red-and-green motifs, snowflakes, and shimmering finishes perfect for gifting or collecting and Hello Kitty themed merch.
