Taco Bell is putting its customers in the driver’s seat with the debut of the Fan Style Menu, a collection of items designed, tested, and voted on by fans through the Taco Bell app. The initiative, announced in November 2025, marks the first time the chain has turned fan creativity into an official nationwide menu.
According to Taco Bell, the Fan Style Menu is “by the fans, for the fans,” highlighting the brand’s commitment to innovation and community engagement.
What’s on the Fan Style Menu
The new menu features three fan-created items:
- California Crunchwrap, created by Brock: this twist features a steak with added seasoned fries and guacamole, as a homage to Southern California-style burritos.
- Burrito Bliss, created by Kajol: a vegetarian option using Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito as a base, with the customized addition of pico de gallo, Fiesta Strips and Creamy Avocado Ranch.
- Cantina Craze, created by Sandra: the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco gets the addition of Jalapeño Sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, with melted cheese on the outside.

How Fans Made It Happen
The Fan Style Menu was born from Taco Bell’s digital engagement strategy. Fans submitted their dream menu items through the Taco Bell app, and the most popular creations were tested in select markets before being chosen for nationwide release. This approach mirrors Taco Bell’s past experiments with limited-time items like the Mexican Pizza, which returned due to overwhelming fan demand.
Availability
The Fan Style Menu is available at through the app or at in-restaurant kiosks starting November 20, 2025, for a limited time. Prices vary by location, but items are expected to fall within Taco Bell’s typical value range, making them accessible to a wide audience.
Fan Reactions
Early reactions have been enthusiastic, with fans celebrating the chance to see their ideas come to life. Industry analysts note that Taco Bell’s move reflects a growing trend in fast food: crowdsourced innovation, where customer input directly shapes menus.

Why It Matters
By launching the Fan Style Menu, Taco Bell is reinforcing its reputation as one of the most experimental and fan-driven brands in the quick-service industry. The initiative not only strengthens customer loyalty but also sets a precedent for future collaborations between brands and their communities.
