The Architecture of the "New" Pizza
The foundation of the pizza remains the same—two crispy flour shells—but everything inside and on top has been upgraded.
- The Protein & Base: Between the shells, you’ll find a layer of black beans and the signature slow-roasted Cantina Chicken, which is marinated in a blend of garlic, onion, and various chilies.
- The Sauce: Instead of the traditional red pizza sauce, this version uses a vibrant green chile sauce paired with a three-cheese blend.
