Taco Bell is testing a new Luxe Value Menu that’s anything but basic. Rolling out at select locations in Indianapolis, Indiana, this limited-time lineup features five premium new items, each priced at $3 or less, alongside several fan-favorite classics. It’s a bold move that aims to elevate the fast-food value experience without sacrificing flavor, creativity, or portion size.
The Luxe Value Menu is an evolution of Taco Bell’s long-standing Cravings Value Menu, but with a more indulgent twist. Think loaded dips, crispy churros, and handheld stacks that feel more like street food than drive-thru fare. And while the test is currently limited to Indianapolis, the buzz suggests a nationwide rollout could be on the horizon.
What’s on the Luxe Value Menu
Here’s a breakdown of the five new items that are turning heads—and taste buds:
- Mini Taco Salad: A reimagined classic featuring seasoned beef, Chipotle Sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and refried beans, all served in a crispy golden tortilla bowl. It’s compact, craveable, and surprisingly filling.
- Chipotle Ranch Chicken Stacker: Grilled all-white-meat chicken meets a double dose of Avocado Ranch and creamy Chipotle Sauce, folded into Taco Bell’s signature Stacker format with lettuce, tomatoes, and a three-cheese blend.
- Beefy Potato Loaded Griller: A grilled roll-up packed with seasoned beef, crispy potato bites, nacho cheese sauce, Chipotle Sauce, and reduced-fat sour cream. It’s a handheld comfort bomb.
- Chips & Nacho Supreme Dip: A layered dip featuring seasoned beef, beans, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, pico de gallo, and a three-cheese blend—served with tortilla chips for scoopable satisfaction.
- Salted Caramel Churros: Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and dusted with salted caramel sugar. It’s a dessert that feels more like a street fair indulgence than a fast-food afterthought.
These new items are joined by existing value favorites like the Cheesy Roll Up, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, Three-Cheese Chicken Flatbread, and the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito—all priced under $3.

Sweet Chipotle BBQ: A New Sauce with Serious Swagger
In addition to the Luxe Value Menu, Taco Bell has also launched a new Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce, available nationwide for a limited time. The smoky-sweet condiment is designed to pair with the chain’s crispy chicken lineup, including Crispy Chicken Tacos, Burritos, and Strips.
The sauce is part of Taco Bell’s broader push into the BBQ space, which has traditionally been dominated by other fast-food giants. According to the brand, this version brings a “Taco Bell-style twist” to the BBQ game, offering a flavor profile that’s bold, balanced, and unmistakably craveable.
Innovation That Hits
The Luxe Value Menu and new BBQ offerings are just the latest in a string of innovations from Taco Bell’s test kitchen. Earlier this year, the brand debuted Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Live Más Café drink stations, and a slew of new sauces through collaborations with Mike’s Hot Honey and Bushwick Kitchen.
Taco Bell’s Chief Food Innovation Officer, Liz Matthews, says the goal is to “deliver premium flavors and formats made accessible.” And with the Luxe Value Menu, they’re doing just that—offering indulgent, Instagram-worthy creations at a price point that feels almost too good to be true.
