Ingredients
If you’re looking for a quick, and easy energy bite, make sure you don’t miss out on these 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Balls. Made with only 4 ingredients, they’re far easier than classic peanut butter balls, so you will always have something sweet on hand when the craving hits you. On the plus side, it’s a no-bake recipe, which means you don’t even need to switch on the oven. Just mix a few ingredients and allow them to rest in the fridge. The chocolate hardens and provides some texture, while the peanut-butter filling is soft and chewy. They look pretty on a plate too, making them a perfect sweet treat for the holidays or parties!

How to make 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls
This recipe includes a few easy steps. You first mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter to form a dough. They are now the right consistency to form into balls. After rolling the mixture into uniform balls, they need to be refrigerated. Add them to a plate and place in the freezer to harden.
You can melt the chocolate while waiting for the peanut butter balls to harden. Once they’re ready to dip, you can use toothpicks (or small skewers) to make the process easier. You can also serve them easier this way. After another rest in the freezer, they’re ready to serve!

Tips for The Best Peanut Butter Balls
– Use a very small amount of oil on your hands when rolling the peanut butter balls, this will prevent the peanut mixture from sticking!
– You can melt the chocolate in the microwave, this is quicker than using the stove. Make sure it’s at 50% power, and use increments of 30 seconds.
– On a hot day, you might need longer freezing times, as the peanut butter balls might soften quickly. Also allow your melted chocolate to cool down a bit before your dip the balls.
– Feel free to add small chocolate chips to the peanut butter and sugar mixture, we never say no to more chocolate!
– You can vary the sprinkles: crushed pretzels, nuts, or rainbow sprinkles.
