Peanut butter
130g (½ cup)
honey
60g (3 tbsp)
vanilla yogurt
450g (2 cups)

How to Make Baked Oatmeal Cups

Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F. In a large bowl, stir the oats with the peanut butter and honey until combined. Scoop the mixture into 6 greased muffin cups.

Using the end of a rolling pin, press the oat mixture so it goes up the sides of the muffin cups to form cups. Bake them for 12 to 15 minutes. Allow them to cool before removing them from the pan.

Fill the cups with the yogurt and top it with the berries.

Serve immediately!
