It is an immense struggle enjoying your big tub of ice-cream while your adorable dog sits beside you staring alternately at the tub and your face with pleading eyes. Sadly, there is very little you can do to oblige them, knowing that dairy products are not particularly safe for your dog's consumption.

Thanks to Ben & Jerry's latest innovation, you can change that!

The legendary ice cream company has announced that it is launching a line of desserts, made especially for dogs, and accordingly titled "Doggie Desserts."

The products are made with a sunflower butter base, which makes them totally safe for dogs to enjoy. As of now, there are only two flavors in the line, and as expected, they hold promises of sweet delight.

The first product is called Pontch's Mix and is made with peanut butter and pretzel swirls. The second product is Rosie's Batch, made with pumpkin and mini cookies.

Wonder where those special names came from? Interestingly, reports say that the products are named after the office dogs at Ben & Jerry's which makes the product even more special!

Individual mini-cups of the desserts are typically priced at $1.29, and multipacks will be priced at $4.49, making it the perfect little something for your dog to enjoy while you enjoy some bonding time together watching your favorite movies together.

The products are yet to make their debut but you should keep your eyes peeled out at pet supply stores and other locations nationwide.
