How to make PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and break up while cooking until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and Sriracha and stir until onions become translucent, about 2 minutes.

You can substitute ground chicken for ground turkey if you’d like.

The best lettuce for this recipe is butter lettuce because it is more flexible than romaine or iceberg lettuce and contains better the minced meat filling.
