How to Make Fried Chicken Ricotta Nuggets

To prepare the chicken and ricotta nuggets, first cut the chicken breasts into strips and place them in the bowl of a mixer.

Add the ricotta well drained from the whey.

Pour the fresh cream.

Flavor with chopped mint and parsley.

Blend everything well until you obtain a fairly smooth mixture.

Then add the egg whites, season with salt and pepper and continue mixing.

Then take small portions of dough and shape them with your hands into slightly flattened nuggets.

Coat the chicken and ricotta nuggets in flour.

Dip them in the beaten eggs.

Cover them with breadcrumbs.

Dip the chicken and ricotta nuggets into the boiling seed oil and fry them until golden brown, taking care to turn them from time to time with a spoon.

Once ready, remove the nuggets with a slotted spoon.

Let them drain on a sheet of kitchen paper.

Enjoy!
