Fast-casual chain Culver's is honoring its Midwest roots with a monthlong autumn celebration centered around its signature fried Wisconsin cheese. Culver's officially announced the return of Curdtoberfest, its second annual event celebrating Wisconsin dairy heritage and Midwestern hospitality. Running from Monday, September 28 through Saturday, October 31, 2026, the festive campaign introduces a brand-new flavored burger variation, returning spicy side items, exclusive member discounts, and a global sweepstakes experience across more than 1,000 restaurant locations nationwide.
Inside The Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger And Fall Lineup
The flagship item of this year's Curdtoberfest is the debut of the Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger, marking the chain's first flavored spin on the cult-favorite sandwich since its viral origin in 2021:
- Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger: Combines Culver's signature fresh, never-frozen beef patty with a crispy crown of golden-fried smoked cheddar cheese, served on a toasted bun. The limited-edition sandwich will hit menus on Monday, September 28, 2026, and remain available through Sunday, October 11, 2026, or while supplies last.
- Jalapeño Cheese Curds: Following the burger's brief two-week run, this fan-favorite side makes its seasonal return from Monday, October 12 through Sunday, November 29, 2026. The spicy bite-sized snack pairs real Wisconsin cheddar cheese with chopped jalapeño pepper bits inside a crispy breading.
- National Cheese Curd Day Deals: On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Culver's will celebrate National Cheese Curd Day by offering Delicious Rewards members $3 orders of Wisconsin Cheese Curds during Happy Hour from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time.
Curdtoberfest Sweepstakes And Corporate Tradition
To complement the fall menu rollout, Culver's is launching the online Curdtoberfest Sweepstakes. From September 28 through October 31, fans visiting culvers.com/curdtoberfest can play digital games for a chance to win a grand prize trip for four to Germany, $2,000 in cash, $500 weekly gift card bundles, or instant-win prizes.
