Peanut butter noodles is a quick to prepare, filling, and incredibly delicious pasta dish! You would love to savor the amazing range of flavors in this lovely dish. Every spoonful of peanut butter noodles is bursting with the earthiness from nut butter, sweet, salty, peppery, and zing of freshness from the may ingredients used. In short, it is a must try for all!


Separate the white part and greens of spring onion. Finely chop the spring onion white and put the spring onion greens aside. In a large pan, boil spaghetti in salted water as per the package directions or until al dente.

Drain the cooked pasta and put it aside. In a large non stick pan, add the sesame oil and heat it over medium flame until hot. Add the chopped spring onion white to the hot oil and sauté it for a minute. Add minced ginger to the spring onion and stir it for about 30 seconds.

Put creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, granulated sugar, and pepper flakes in to the pan. Mix everything well by stirring constantly on low flame. Pour water in to the peanut butter mixture and mix everything well until you get a thick sauce like consistency.

You may add about half a cup more water to it if required. Let the peanut butter sauce simmer for a minute and then stir in the boiled pasta to it. Mix everything well until the sauce evenly coats the pasta. Transfer in to the serving dish and garnish with thinly sliced spring onion greens. Enjoy!


You may choose to add either rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar to the preparation. Add only warm or hot water to the preparation. You may garnish the pasta by sprinkling about half a teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds as well. Replace creamy peanut butter with chunky kind to add a crunchy twist to the preparation.
