Selena Gomez has created her first-ever Oreo flavor, inspired by horchata with chocolate, cinnamon, and sweetened condensed milk creme. Launching June 9, 2025, this limited-edition cookie features collector’s embossments and Gomez’s signature.
Selena Gomez has teamed up with Oreo to create her very own limited-edition cookie, marking the first time the global pop star has designed a flavor for the iconic brand. Inspired by her Mexican-American heritage, Gomez’s Oreo features a horchata-inspired filling, blending chocolate, cinnamon, and sweetened condensed milk flavors between two chocolate-cinnamon wafers. The new flavor, officially announced on May 20, 2025, is set to hit shelves in the U.S. on June 9, with international availability in Canada, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand shortly after.
Gomez has described the cookie as a nostalgic tribute to her childhood, recalling fond memories of drinking horchata with her family. The filling consists of two layers of creme—one infused with chocolate and cinnamon, the other with sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon sugar inclusions—creating a rich, spiced sweetness reminiscent of the traditional Latin American drink.
Beyond the flavor, Gomez has added a personal touch to the cookie’s design. Each pack contains six unique embossments, including one that spells out “Selenators”—a nod to her dedicated fan base. Additionally, one in every three packs will feature a cookie stamped with Gomez’s signature, making it the first time Oreo has ever included an autograph on its cookies.
As part of the collaboration, Oreo will be making a donation to Gomez’s Rare Impact Fund, which focuses on increasing access to mental health services for young people. Gomez has emphasized that this aspect of the partnership is the most important part, ensuring that the collaboration goes beyond just a fun new flavor.
The Limited Edition Selena Gomez Oreo Cookies will be available for presale starting June 2 at Oreo.com, with a full retail rollout beginning June 9. Given the excitement surrounding the launch, fans eager to try the new flavor may want to act fast before supplies run out.
