How to Make Spanish Omelette

Heat the oil and 30g of the butter in a large pan on the stove. Add the potatoes, season them with salt and pepper, and cook them for 10 minutes.

Add the peppers, zucchini, onion, and more salt, and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes before setting it aside to cool for 10 minutes. Stir the beaten eggs into the vegetable mixture.

Melt the remaining butter in a 24 cm pan and add half of the omelette mixture. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and top it with the ham and cheese.
