More celebrities are going vegan, and here’s 10 recipes that they enjoy eating.

1. Ellen DeGeneres

DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi love vegan spring rolls with a fresh ginger-soy dipping sauce. This recipe was given to her by celebrity chef Roberto Martin, and involves avocado, carrots, bell peppers and a host of other veggies.

2. Alicia Silverstone

The actress has a cookbook called The Kind Mama, and one of the meals featured is a hearty millet mashed “potatoes” with mushroom gravy. Millet is a nutrient-dense grain which is used as a potato substitute. For the meatless gravy, Silverstone has used four types of mushrooms for a rich sauce to pour over the mash. 3. Natalie Portman
