You can also use a grater to remove the brown skin and then bake the seed at low temperatures in the oven for about an hour. Consuming fresh avocado seeds is not recommended.

Here are some of the surprising ways in which you can use avocado seeds.

As a scrub

 Mix some grated avocado seeds with sea salt and coffee grounds. Apply this mixture on your face in a gentle motion for a little while. For acne. Add grated avocado seed to some warm water and a few drops of tea tree oil until a paste is formed. Apply this mixture on your pimples and leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes.

As a mask

Grate one avocado pit and mix it with some powdered clay and water. Apply this mixture on your face for 15 minutes.

For hair

Boil some grated avocado seeds at low temperature with water for 30 minutes. Filter this mixture and then rinse your hair with it.
