These simple bacon and cheese balls are great for any game night. Delicious and easy to make they are loved by all!


350 g (12.3 oz) flour;

2 tsp yeast;

200 ml (7 fl.oz) warm water;

½ tsp sugar;

1 tsp salt;

1 tbsp olive oil;

1 block mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes;

bacon strips.


To make the dough combine first 6 ingredients in one bowl and knead until smooth.

Set the dough aside for around 1 hours or until doubled in size.

Cut the dough into 15-20 pieces, roll each into a ball and then roll out flat.

Place a cube of cheese in the center and gather the ends of the dough to cover cheese completely.

Wrap a slice of bacon around and secure with a toothpick.

Fry cheesy bites in preheated oil for 4-5 minutes, transfer onto paper towels and serve.
