The bruschettas with sausage ham and stracchino cheese are a delicious appetizer typical of Italian cuisine. Their preparation is extremely simple and the final result strictly depends on the quality of the selected and used raw materials; first of all a very good bread with a slightly acidic taste and preferably without salt; some sausages (preferably ham) and a creamy and very fresh stracchino cheese. Very quick to prepare, these bruschettas are ideal to serve as an appetizer or a standing buffet, or when, after returning from the office late, you don't want to give up something satisfying and nutritious. You can also enjoy them as a quick meal, completing with some fresh or sautéed vegetables. So let’s find out how to prepare them in just a few steps.
How to prepare bruschettas with ham sausage and stracchino cheese
Using kitchen scissors, remove the casing from the ham sausages (1).
Collect the meat in a bowl, add the well-drained stracchino cheese and mix with a fork (2).
Cut 8 slices of bread and sprinkle the surface with a generous layer of filling (3).
Arrange the bruschettas on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper (4), and bake them in a preheated static oven at 200 degrees C for about 10 minutes.
When a succulent crust has formed on the surface, take the bruschettas out of the oven and sprinkle them with freshly ground pepper (5).
Serve the bruschettas very hot (6).
The advice is to taste these bruschettas really hot and freshly prepared. If there is something left, keep them in the refrigerator for 1-2 days closed in a special airtight container and, before consuming them, pass them in the oven for a few minutes.
