The mixture is bound together with egg and formed into balls and, just like meatballs, fried and simmered in tomato sauce.
As they simmer, the "pallotte" swell and absorb the flavor of the sauce. You’ll be surprised how much they actually taste like ‘real’ meatballs!

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 slices bread crumb, pepper, parsley, 150g pecorino cheese, vegetable oil q.b.


1. Mix in a bowl the eggs with the bread crumb, the pepper, the parsley and the pecorino.
2. Mix well together and form balls.
3. Fry them in hot vegetable oil until golden.
4. Add the balls in the tomato sauce.
5.Cook for about 10 minutes.
