You won't believe something so pretty needs only 7 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

• Potatoes

• Fresh cream

• Chives

• Shallots

• Serrano Ham

• Puff pastry

• Camembert

METHOD

Mash cooked potatoes. Add fresh cream, salt, pepper, shallots, ham and mix.

Place the mixture around a circle of puff pastry.

Place another puff pastry circle on top and squeeze the edges with a fork.

Sink the center with your fingers to flatten.

Cut 3 cm pieces without reaching the center. Turn each piece.

Brush egg yolk all over the puff pastry.

Score a piece of camembert with a knife and place it in the center of the puff pastry.

Bake for 40 minutes at 198ºC (390ºF).
