Directions:

1. Marinate the chicken in oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
2. Place all the vegetables into a baking dish and add the chicken
3. Drizzle with the oil used for marinating. Add some salt, pepper, and garlic
4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: For the chicken: 4 chicken breasts salt pepper 1 tsp Italian seasoning 2 tomatoes, sliced 2 garlic cloves 1/2 cup basil 250g Parmesan cheese 250g mozzarella cheese. For the potatoes: 2 lbs potatoes, sliced 250ml fresh cream 3 eggs 2 tsp red pepper flakes 200g Parmesan cheese.

Directions:

Place chicken breasts in the baking form, season them with Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 15 minutes.
Top baked chicken with sliced tomatoes, garlic and basil.
Add cheeses and bake at 180°C/350°F for 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl beat together cream, eggs, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.
Add some cream mixture to the baking dish, top with sliced potatoes, alternating the layers until the cream mixture is over.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 35 minutes.
