Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

Place the chicken into a bowl.

Drizzle the balsamic vinegar, sauce, and garlic powder over the chicken.

Beat one egg and pour over the chicken.

Season the chicken with salt and stir to combine.

Beat two remaining eggs in a bowl.

Place the flour in a separate bowl or plate, and diced bread into a third bowl or plate.

Dip the chicken into the flour, then eggs, and finally coat with the bread.

Heat 2-inches (4cm) of oil in a skillet.

Fry the chicken until golden on all sides.

Drain on paper towels and serve.

Serve with ketchup or hot sauce.
