This is a typical chinese recipe you can't miss! Just try this delicious chicken with ginger, almond and soy sauce to prepare an original asiatic dinner!


500g chicken breast

60g onion

15g ginger



130g almonds

3oz soy sauce

25g seed oil



1.Put the almond on an oven try and bake a 180°C/356°F for 10 minutes.

2.Cut onion, garlic and grate ginger.

3.Add all the ingredients in a wok pan and let them turn gold with a little bit of seed oil and water.

4.Cut the chicken breast and add a little bit of flour.

5.Add to the pan and let it brown.

6.Add soy sauce and then the almond.

7.Serve it!
