• avocado 1 large, peeled, deseeded, and pulp separated
  • cacao powder 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1½ tablespoons
  • Coconut milk 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoon
  • Coconut oil 1 teaspoon

This is the healthiest version of chocolate pudding ever as it has all the ingredients that are loaded with the antioxidant property! To top it, it is practically a single step recipe and takes a mere 5 minutes to prepare it.

It is also pretty low on sweetness and has a lovely smooth texture with really fine bits if avocado in between. Sounds delicious, right? Try it for yourself to believe it!


In a blender add the avocado pulp, cacao powder, honey, coconut milk, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and blend everything for 2 minutes.

Scrape the sides of the blender to bring the chocolate mixture to the center and then again blend the ingredients until everything is well combined.

Cool the chocolate pudding for about 30 minutes in the fridge.

Serve cold, and enjoy!


To get a silky smooth consistency of the pudding, you should mash the avocado pulp nicely before adding it to the blender. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
