Chocolate and orange cake: tender and tasty

INGREDIENTS: 200g Dark Chocolate; 150g Flour; 130g Sugar; 80g Butter; 20ml Orange Juice; 2 eggs; 1 Orange, zest; 1 pinch of salt; 1-2 Oranges.

METHOD:
Mix the butter, sugar and eggs.

Beat until the mixture is smooth.

Add orange juice, grated zest, flour and mix everything using a spatula.

Add melted chocolate.

Line the baking form with parchment paper, sprinkle sugar on the bottom of the form and place the sliced ​​orange on the bottom.

Pour the dough on the top.

Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

There's another version too, try it: Orange cake: just pour a glass of orange juice into the batter!

DIRECTIONS 
1. Slice the lemon and the orange. Place the slices in a square cake pan.
2. In the meantime, beat the eggs, sugar and oil together. Add the orange juice, flour and baking powder.
3. Pour the batter over the orange and lemon slices and bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C
4. Turn the cake over and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
