After an excellent main course, we always crave a delicious dessert to close with a flourish. I want to share this quick and simple recipe to make, a cake with a wonderful texture and a great flavor, which is achieved with the fusion of the strong and sweet chocolate flavor and the aromatic and citrusy touch of the orange. The ingredients are within our reach and I know that the result of this delight will delight you. You just have to follow the simple instructions of the elaboration to obtain as a result a dessert full of joy and flavor, which will please everyone.

Preheat the oven to 300F. In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking soda. With the blender mix the milk with the melted butter and add the egg, one by one. Slowly incorporate the liquid ingredients. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces. For orange peel, you could also use candied orange. But if you choose to use fresh orange, it is best to cut it into as small pieces as you can. Finally, add chopped chocolate and orange peel with a spoon and with enveloping movements. For this recipe we use disposable aluminum molds; They are ideal for serving directly since the center of the shell can be very soft, especially when it is warm. Bake for a maximum of 20 to 25 minutes.
