How to Make Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Line your baking tray with foil. Grease it with cooking spray.

Put the Oreos into your food processor and blitz until the crumbs take on a fine sandy texture. Transfer the mixture into a large bowl.

Put the butter and 1 tablespoon of chocolate in a bowl. Microwave until melted, then stir. Add the butter mixture to the Oreos bowl.

Mix until the Oreo crumbs are coated with the butter.

Pour the crumbs into the pan and gently but firmly press them along the bottom to form an even crust.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Put the chocolate in a saucepan. Let it melt, stirring occasionally.

Stir the cream into the chocolate. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cream cheese.

Mix until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

Spread it well until you get an even layer.

Top with chocolate chips. Place in the fridge for at least four hours.

Cover with foil until you're ready to slice.

Serve and enjoy!
