INGREDIENTS: 100g dark chocolate, 80g butter, 5g cocoa powder, 30g milk, 12g heavy cream, 2 egg yolks, 20g brown sugar. Meringue (2 egg whites + 50 g sugar), 50g flour, a pinch of salt.
Add dark chocolate and butter to the microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 60 seconds.
Add cocoa powder, milk and heavy cream.
Set asideIn the large bowl, add sugar and egg yolks, mix well, add chocolate mixture and mix again.
Add the meringue gradually, mix, add sifted flour and salt.Pour the dough into the baking form.
Bake for 15 minutes 160С/320F, 25 minutes 140С/280F.
Let cool to the room temperature and chill for 3-4 hours.
Serve and enjoy with a glass of milk or juice.
