How to make Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake
Whip the eggs with the powdered sugar, then add the flour and cocoa and mix well, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Then pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Once ready, let it cool, place it on a sheet of lightly floured baking paper and fill it with ice cream and chocolate chips. Then roll it up, helping yourself with the baking paper.
