This tart is super simple, decadent and probably the best chocolate dessert you will ever meet!

Ingredients: 1 shortbread dough, 3 bananas, 5 eggs, 150g flour; 100g sugar; 150g butter; 500g dark chocolate; 200g white chocolate; 200g milk chocolate


Place the shortbread dough in a baking tart form, pierce it with a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/350°F.

Cut the bananas and place on the crust.

Mix eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter and 300g of melted dark chocolate and pour the mixture on the bananas.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F.

Decorate the with chocolate and bake for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: 150g puffed rice 200g milk chocolate, 400g mascarpone, 300ml whipped cream, 120g white chocolate


1. Melt the milk chocolate and combine with puffed rice.
2. Mix mascarpone with whipped cream and white chocolate.
3. Pour the puffed rice and the cream onto a baking sheet.
4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
