The Coronavirus is creating a frenzy all over the world because of the high rate of its incidence as well as fatality. The company quickly released a statement to dispel the rumors by sharing that they will continue with the marketing campaign as they have done for the past three decades.
They wrote:
"While we empathize with those who have been impacted by this virus and continue to monitor the situation, our consumers, by and large, understand there's no linkage between the virus and our business."
Now, it is utterly vital to draw the attention of the public that information that the virus can infect them through Corona Beer is FAKE.
The virus is confirmed to be spread through air with the only thing it has in common with the beer being the word "Corona." You can only contract the COVID-19 through contact with infected persons!
