The creamy dessert with ricotta cheese, strawberries and mint is a refreshing and delicious dessert. The protagonist of this recipe is ricotta cheese which, delicately mixed with whipped cream, gives shape to a mousse with a soft and enveloping compactness and a delicate and well-balanced flavor. The final garnish of fresh strawberries, mint leaves and maple syrup makes everything even more irresistible. How to prepare the creamy dessert with ricotta cheese, strawberries and mint cream

Collect the well-drained ricotta cheese 1 in a bowl, add the icing sugar and the grated zest of half a lemon and mix perfectly with a spoon.

Whip the cold cream and add it to the ricotta cheese mixture with slow and delicate movements 2. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Rinse the strawberries, dry them thoroughly and set 4-5 aside for the final decoration. Cut the remaining ones into cubes and season with the granulated sugar and the juice of ½ lemon 3. Stir and let macerate for 30 minutes.

Spread the strawberries together with their juice in the bottom of 4 glasses 4.

Collect the ricotta cheese cream in a sac à poche with a star nozzle and distribute it in the glasses over the strawberries, making circular movements 5.
