Dried oregano
1 teaspoon
Salted butter

Cloves Garlic
3 large, peeled and finely grated
Cherry tomatoes

Spinach leaves
1 cup

1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder
½ teaspoon
Heavy Cream
1 cup
Parmesan cheese
¼ cup, grated

This recipe of creamy Tuscan-style chicken is really very delicious and flavorful! It is a perfect lunch dish that can be served with either simple garlic bread toast or any basic pasta dish. So, try out this simple chicken preparation to woo your family and friends with your cooking skills.

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken breasts in it until golden brown on both sides, for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Season the chicken with oregano and then cook it for another minute.

Transfer the chicken to another plate and keep it covered. Add butter to the same pan in which chicken was cooked. Add garlic to the pan when the butter melts and cook it until garlic is fragrant.

Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the pan and cook the vegetables until spinach wilts. Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper powder, and stir well. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan to the pan. Cook it on simmer until the sauce is little thick. Add the chicken pieces back to the pan and cook everything until the chicken is heated through. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips

You can add a cup of milk to the sauce if it gets too thick. Give everything a nice boil before serving the dish with added milk.
