Burgers. Homemade burgers are easy enough to make at home, and once you try it, the ones at the fast-food joint simply won’t do. To make a copycat smashburgers you don’t need any additional fillers. Simply smash a small ball of ground beef on a hot grill, pressing down for about 10 seconds. Turn over and cook. Serve with fresh hamburger buns, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles.

Deconstructed Shepherd’s Pie. There no reason why this comforting meal has to take a lot of time to make. Simply sauté ground beef in a large skillet until brown. Spoon the mixture into the halved peppers and bake at 350°F/180°C for about 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
