This dessert is very delicious and fluffy, perfect to share with your family!

Ingredients: 3 egg yolks; 4 egg whites; 120g sugar; 85g milk; 40g melted butter; 120g flour; 1 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp vanilla extract; Lemon zest of 1/2 lemon; pinch of salt. Cream: 350g cream cheese; 175g heavy cream; 80g powdered sugar; 3/4 tsp vanilla extract.

Directions: 

1)Beat egg yolks with sugar, vanilla and zest.
2)Add milk and butter.
3)Sift flour and baking powder and add to the egg yolk mixture.
4)In another bowl beat egg whites with salt.
5)Add egg whites to the egg yolk mixture.
6)Pour the dough into baking form
7)Bake at 180°C/350°F for 10-15 minutes.
8)For the cream: beat cream cheese, with powdered sugar.
9)Add heavy cream and vanilla.
10)Cut the cake into 4 parts.
11)Assemble the cake and serve.
