Peel and finely chop the onion, pepper, tomato and garlic. You can use a food processor or if you don’t have one, try to finely chop the vegetables as best you can. Cut the onions into slices. In a pan over medium high heat, put the butter, vinegar and sugar. When the butter has large bubbles, add the onion, stir gently every so often until the onions are tender. Remove from heat, preserve butter.
Preheat the oven to 300F. Cut the slider buns in half. In a baking dish, previously covered with butter, put the lower half of the slider buns covering the entire mold. Use a spoon to evenly spread the meat over the bread, finally add the caramelized onions and the grated cheddar cheese. Cover with the top bun halves; Apply a little butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20 minutes and serve hot with ketchup and mustard.
