Pour the pudding mixture over the bottles! This is a genius way to recycle them

INGREDIENTS

• 300g oatmeal cookies

• 140g melted butter

• For pudding:

• 120g sugar

• 6 egg yolks

• 750ml milk

• 15g butter

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 10g food starch

• 10g gelatin

• plastic bottles (0.5 L each)

For toppings and decorations:

• 1 handful raspberries

• 3-4 kiwi

• 1 mango

METHOD

1.) Grind the cookies and mix the crumbs with melted butter. Cover the bottom of the baking dish (23 cm in diameter).

2.) Cut off the bottom of the bottles, about 5 cm. Make a small hole in each bottom so that later you can hook the plastic.

3.) Now prepare the pudding: soak the gelatin in water and separately mix sugar, yolks, milk, butter, vanilla in a saucepan. Add starch and heat the mixture, stirring constantly. Finally, add gelatin to the mixture.

4.) Pour some pudding mass into the mold and immerse the inverted bottom of each bottle into it, forming a circle so that they are approximately the same distance from each other and from the edge of the mold.

5.) Next, pour the remaining pudding mixture into the mold. Chill for about 3 hours, and better – for the whole night.

6.) When the pudding has chilled, carefully remove the plastic from the mold.

7.) Make a fruit filling: peel them, cut them into pieces and mush.

8.) Finally, in the center of the cake put the remaining pieces of fruit and raspberries, add mint leaves.
