How to Make Fruit Pizza

In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in flour, salt, and baking powder.

Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper. Roll out the dough to fit the pizza pan, then arrange it on the parchment paper.

Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven to cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, add the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Beat until smooth.

Spread the frosting over the cooled crust, then place in the fridge to chill.

Once chilled, decorate the pizza with fruit in any pattern you like. Starting from the outer, place strawberries.

Continue by adding kiwis, blueberries, and mangos.

Repeat until you run out of fruit.

Slice, serve and enjoy.
