This is a truly simple yet delectable preparation that can make your life so much simpler! Prepare it in the morning as a wonderful sandwich filling or serve with a crunchy toast. You can also serve it as a creamy side with any meat, poultry, salad, soup, or pasta dish.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Cook onions in it for 2 to 3 minutes and then add spinach to it.
Stir and cook spinach for another 2 minutes or until it starts to wilt. Add garlic and cook everything for a minute.
