INGREDIENTS

• 1 egg

• 7 cups of milk

• ½ cup flour

• ½ cup starch

• 1 cup of sugar

• 1 pack vanilla

• Lemon zest

• 32 cocoa cookies

• 22 lady finger biscuits

• 1 cup milk

Decorate:

• 2 tsp cocoa

METHOD

1. Soak ladyfinger biscuits in milk and put in a form, alternating with cocoa cookies.

2. Pour milk, egg, flour, starch, zest, vanilla into the pan. Cook until thickened.

3. Pour the cream into a baking form.

4. Cover with a plastic wrap and cool.

5. Put thin strips of paper on the cake and sprinkle cocoa.
