A super tasty no-bake dessert that everyone will fall in love.

Ingredients: girelle. For the cream: 350g mascarpone cheese, 250ml whipped cream, 3 tsp honey, 2 tsp hazelnut cream. For the base: 200g puffed rice, 100g melted chocolate.

Cut each girella in half and place them in a bowl lined with cling wrap.

To make the filling, beat the whipping cream and add the mascarpone, honey, and the hazelnut cream.

Pour the cream on top of the girelle.

Next, make the crispy crust by mixing the puffed rice with the melted chocolate.

Cover it up with cling wrap, and freeze for two hours.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, a pinch of salt, 100g sugar, 100g flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cocoa powder.

Prepare the batter by beating together the eggs and sugar.

Add the flour and baking powder.

Divide the batter and add the cocoa powder to half of it.

Pour the plain batter into a sheet pan and bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.

Pour the chocolate batter over it and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

Spread the hazelnut cream over the cake and roll it up.

Refrigerate the roll for at least two hours. Slice it and serve.
