Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich with strawberry Jam: the amazing way to use jam!
The recipe to prepare a very delicious sandwiches.
Forget the usual sandwiches and make these for your guests!
Ingredients: 6 bread slices, 3 tbsp strawberry jam, 8 cheddar cheese slices, 8 slices of ham, 3 eggs, 1 cup panko, 2 tbsp butter, for frying, 2 tbsp butter, for the sandwiches.
Directions:
1)Cut bread edges of the bread slices.
2)Spread the strawberry jam, add cheese slice, 2 slices of ham and cover with cheese slice.
3)Spear jam on bread and put over cheese slice.
4)Spread the other side of the bread with jam, add cheese, 2 slices of hams, cheese and top with bread + jam.
5)Gently dip all sides in a beaten egg, then in panko.
6)Heat the pan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter and cook sandwiches.
7)While cooking add some butter on the top of the sandwiches.
Serve and enjoy!
