If you desire a pasta dish, make it very special and prepare these amazing rolls.

Ingredients: 3 cups elbow pasta, cooked; 1 ½ cup cheese, shredded; 2 tbsp butter; ¼ cup hot milk; 5 egg roll wrappers; vegetable oil for frying.

Directions:

1)Mix cooked pasta with milk and butter, start adding cheese gradually.

2)Heat your oil over medium heat up to 180C/350F. Prepare a plate covered with paper towels.

3)Place a spoonful of macaroni on the bottom 1/3 of an egg roll wrapper, brush the sides of the wrapper with a little bit of water.

4)Fold egg roll wrappers as shown on the video, making sure that all sides are secure.

5)Fry for 3-4 minutes, flipping on the other side halfway through.

6)Transfer onto paper towels to absorb excess liquid. Serve with your favorite sauces.
